Decuga combines four product capabilities into a single platform:

  • Project Management — Group tasks, sprint boards, backlog, Gantt, calendar view, custom fields, story points, and team analytics.
  • Service Desk — Customer-facing helpdesk portal, ticket routing, SLA rules, reporter contacts, and SD analytics.
  • Change Management — Structured change requests, risk levels, rollback plans, and post-implementation reviews.
